If you're having an issue with one of our games or websites, you can either post on the support boards on our community forum (
) where you would receive help from our players, or you can send us a support request for a response from our Player Support team.
We've taken this initiative to improve our support. With a two-man support team, things can get a bit overwhelming, so please stay patient if you don't receive a quick response. If we have not responded to your request within a week, feel free to resubmit it.
Please provide as much information as you possibly can, and please speak as clearly as possible, so we can help fix your problems quicker. We do not have any translators on our team, so we use tools such as Google Translate to translate both your messages (if you speak a language different than English) and our responses, so please excuse any kind of misunderstandings that could occur in the translation
